Yup! Any theme is AdSense ready! Just plop the little snippet of code in the template where you want it to show up and you're done!
Every template is ready-made. No one can give you a template with adsense codes in it . . . doing so would just give send money to the author's account. No matter how you do it, you'll need to add the adsense codes for your personal account.

you can download the plugin from plugin directory or search it from google there are so many plugins for ad sense and if u want a ad sense ready template search it from themes.word press.net i will also search some best templates for you and update to you
well you must surely check the site in my link - www.mybloglive.com ... they have got some very nice themes out there....
This needs to be free themes right? Because you want to offer them on your own site... Or is non-commercial attribution themes good enough. Then there are better places to go other than themes.wordpress.net imo
