Newbie From Massachusetts Says Hi!!

    Hi Everybody -

    I've been lurking for a bit, trying to absorb as much info as possible. Figured it was time to say 'Hi!!'

    I'm from Massachusetts, just in the very beginning of my IM & freelance writing career.

    This forum is great - I have SO much to learn, tho... :D Having lots of fun...

    Wow - thanks so much for the welcome, everyone!

    zmachine, I went over to the HubPages - looks interesting, so I signed up. :D

    Was up til 4 am this morning writing - I have some long term plans (my real strength is in blog-type writing, although I can do other stuff, too), which involves getting some real websites up & running, putting together some eBooks and getting my writing business more established.

    My strengths are NOT in the technical realm - I wasted a whole weekend in a futile attempt at getting my website in working order - I finally gave up & just started a blog, for now...hoping to get some help here, for the tech-challenged... ME!

    MMD - So you were born in MA, eh? Where abouts? (Wish I was able to live in England!!)

    zmachine - took a look at 'Hubpages' (love the name, seeing that THE 'Hub' is good ol' Beantown... (Boston)

    Looks interesting... made for those of us lacking techie genes... hmm, will probably give it a go..

    Vermont is beautiful... haven't been there in years. Used to live in a small community right at the border when I was a kid...
