It all depends on the anchor text. What does it mean "link to it from your dp signature and you get position 1"??

If I would now register the domain fdsuhgusdhfuhsdfsf.com and link from it with the anchor text "Real estate", I would be not 1° in Google for the word "Real estate"...that's ridiculous.

Linkbuilding is the foundation of any good seo, with onsite seo being the supporting player, and linkbuilding is more than just getting high quality high pagerank backlinks for a site. It is much more complicated than this. To be one of the best seo's u would first need to be able to put together a search engine from scratch and that takes time.

 

Maybe not a big deal...but 1.530.000 results...

yeah "you suck" returns 32,500,000 results but its not exactly what i'd call a competitive term

the number of results for a given keyword is irrelevant. what really counts is how much traffic it sends and the quality of traffic it sends. The point i'm trying to make is that anyone can get on the first page of Google for a non-competitive term. Its no magic secret.

If you wrote and article telling people "how to rank on the first page for real estate" then it would be something worth writing about.

All you're article mentions is basic seo methods, hardly news worthy.

Yep, I know that this forum is kind of good resource, talking about SEO, but I don't see how you can reach # 1 spot just using these links. You should do much better then that. I know it by hard, and if someone saying that links in the sign can place you on this position, I would probably take it as a funny story from some fairy tail.
