One webmaster is willing to give me a link from one of his two websites one is a PR5 page with 45 outgoing links and other is a PR3 page with 10 outgoing links, may be the 2nd page has a chance to get a higher pr during the next update. my page is pr2 and which deal is more good.
What is the topic or theme of the websites? How much traffic does each one get? These questions are much more important than the Page Rank. For the best benefit in the long term you want to have links on sites that are relevant to your own site's subject matter and those that receive actual traffic. PR is a secondary concern at best.
the website themes are similar and relevant. i have listing for some of my keywords in Google and traffic form the site I am getting text link is not a big concern for me in this case.
Well, in that case there really is no best answer. You cannot rely upon the number of outbound links as those can - and will probably change over time. Maybe there are only 10 today, but two months from now there could be double or triple that number. The situation is similar with the PR. A site may be PR5 today, but PR3 in the next update. Conversely it may be PR3 now and then PR5 in the next update.
Considering that Google PR update was last month,it's better to take PR5.You will have more time until next update to learn more about links.
Get the PR5 as long as it is relevant to your website topic. It has way more weight than the PR3. The number of outgoing links should not be a problem unless it is ridiculously big.
