I Get 650,000 Visitors/Mth - What To Sell?

It's across a variety of website types. Tried Azoogle (ringtones, Blockbuster), Amazon (software, cellphones) and credit cards without much luck - a couple of orders here and there.

What's the best converting program I can join where I just stick a banner on my network?

You need to aim niche to get your conversion rate up.

E.g. If you have a site about mobile(cell) phones, advertise phone sellers and ringtones. Credit card adverts will flop.

E.g If you have a site about car insurance, advertise car insurance and not pet insurance or credit cards.

What type of sites are you talking about and I can help a bit more.

You have to have product the relates to each site or page. Just like csn123 said.

You might need mutiple programs and products so you have correct one for each page.

Try Auction ads -- with that kind of volume you should be able to generate money with auctions -- since they cover a wide spectrum of products/topics

Try CopeacAds. They have a different offers than AzoogleAds and you may find them to fit your niche better.

You need to know where your visitors are coming from. That will ultimately determine what to market to them. If you don't have any American traffic, ringtones, credit cards, etc will not work. Know your customer. :)

The majority of my traffic are from the U.S. I have some targetted sites (e.g. Windows Vista) but also some very general ones (e.g. jokes, Myspace, Youtube).

They're all running the same banners, site-wide using PHPads. Hence, instead of selling the banner spots, I thought I culd do better with my own affiliate products. Since they're running the same banners, targetting is not really an option.

If you just want to stick up a banner and have it automatically target your visitors by demographic and page context, then Google AdSense is the obvious choice.

I think you need to put some effort into it and find programs that match your site niches. Using the same ads on all of your sites isn't going to produce good results.

You may just want to try advertising with adbrite or an ad network like that. Perhaps pay per click will work much better for you, which I expect it would. Otherwise, think about the people who enter your site. Think about what they would buy. Auctions do work well, but if your viewers are willing to actually buy anything.

Sell links to other webmasters. You should be able to get at least $50/month per link if you put those links in prominent places.

You can hae a billion visitors if they are not targetted that means nothing...try to find aniche which is close to your website theme. I am sure that you can have also a great amount with adsense.
