hi guys.. i've seen many softwares saying that they can improve the performance and also increase the speed of the internet connection that we're using.. Is it true?? Is it really possible to increase the internet speed?? Are there really such kinda softwares ? or is it a scam??
It mostly a scam. I mean you cant squeeze more bandwidth out of the dialup modem (I am assuming you have a dialup).
scam! there's so many aspect that affects the speed of your internet connection! check your ISP, area, cabling, etc.
I would suggest you don't waste time on this. Use TuneUp Utiliities and optimize your settings. Eventually, you can't beat the physical limits set by the modem and the ISP you use.
most of these software apps just download to your computer the pages you've been in, so when you get back it loads instantly....pure crap
They are caching software which ctually give browsing a bit faster, and not at all impact on speed or inboud/outbound bandwidth.
thats new to me soft ware is great but not for speeding up your pc try intel core duo that will blast your ratio,
