Ha, more like other members are reporting your violations.

You broke the rules, you earned each and every infraction. As the great and slightly crazy rob said, "move on".

And even if you're innocent, who cares?

It's not as if an infraction goes in your permanent file and keeps you from being elected President. :D

It's just a bunch of 1's and 0's stored on Shawn's hard drive.

    I agree man

Even I have got 5 of them !!

No problem...I know they are going to expire some day or the other

And anyways mods are doing a good job since it is not easy to manage such a HUGE forum.

    Rob,
Get yourself in place of the moderators and then think...As simple as that !!

I think it is time to unsubscribe to this thread. This is getting kind of lame...

Crazy Rob does a great job along with the other mods of not over-moderating the forum. Yes, Rob does have too much time on his hands but at least he is using it productively.. :)

Stop complaining and learn from the infraction. Don't do it again and you won't get banned. I would suggest all who have complained to just leave this thread and move on.

Yep, I found that one of my post was deleted, but I searched for that sometime, better I request can putup a link of the thread, so that members can know what they did wrong.. may be it won't apply for starting an inappropriate thread, but for the inappropriate post (because only the post is deleted, thread remains active)..

Also, I like to know actually who can give infraction, is the thread starter? or by MODs? or any members can?

You received an infraction for making a comment in a buy, sell, trade thread. Comments made by a non-bidder in a sales thread whether positive or negative are inappropriate. Such comments typically receive an infraction and are removed.
Only mods and admins can issue an infraction. Anyone can report an infractable offense using the bad post report.

That infraction was from a few weeks ago.

Posting "Thankyou PM sent." in your own sales thread will get you an infraction everytime.

So remember, if you're going to post something stupid -- be verbose. :D

    I have a question.

What if your thread is like a freebies thread, and it is popular but it died out, and the offer is still available, and you bump it after like 1 week. You just want people to enjoin on this offer, your not trying to run your post count up, is that still bad?

a bump is still a bump, no matter how you put it. all bumps receive infractions.

if you so badly want people in on the offer, link to your thread in your signature.

Yeah, and is always same shit. They claim they didn´t do anything and wind up exposed ... standing naked in the rain with the light shining on them. Too cool. :D
