I am a new daddy!

    Hello everyone!

    I would like to pass out some virtual cigars here.

    My wife and I just had a new baby and she is very healthy and fit. It is funny how people always ask questions like "How much did she weigh?" or "How long was she?" But they rarerly ever ask if the baby was healthy when that is the most important thing!

    I am in my 40s and my other child is now 23 years old. It has been a long time between children for me, but I am very happy and - in case anyone wonders - it was no accident :D

    Though I don't know you personally, I'm sincerely very happy for you.

    My husband and I also had our first baby 2 months ago. I used the word "had" because we lost her only minutes after she was born. She didn't make it because I gave birth to her on the 5th month of pregnancy so her lungs were not yet fully developed
