I don't suppose they taste too different to the other parts of the respective animal. They have the advantage of coming in a handy snack-size package!

There is a Testicle Festival near my place too. Mountain Oysters is what they're called. Go to the Festival and you can all kinds of fried balls. Cow, Goat, Sheep whatever. I've never gone and I've never ate one either but people say it tastes like a normal meat.
