Well I hope this gets resolved fast the guy made over 15k a month... so he should have enough cash to make a david coperfield act and disapair for a couple of months.... or get some citizenship in a third world country and still scamming people.
Nah... He lives in Nyack, New York and hides behind fake lawyers. Like I said this guy is the lowest form of scum that I have ever seen.
lol.. i dont know if this is already posted or not... but i read this somewhere on proxy.org: so, that takes me to: http://www.upsideout.com/ And lol... that takes me to Justin Schlecter's home page! check it out: http://www.justinschlecter.com/
And his favorite show is Big Brother. Damn, the Big Brother contestants really live without proxy And if he have time to waste to make this: paperclipart.com , that means that he have a lot of money hehe.
I think we allready know he is puttin his ass on top of a big pile. damn! when I grow up, I wanna be like him!
This guy seems to be a really big jerk. I own (http://www.freeproxytemplates.com) and I have been using his "copyrighted material" (which is only 1 measly paragraph) on 3 of my free templates & now I'm facing some action against me. Just a quote of what he emailed me: Like how the hell am I going to do that when thousands of people are using my templates... =.= & the copyrighted material is below which served as just a dummy description on my free templates.
Well, no offense, but that wasn't a very smart move to use his text on your free templates... i hope it turns out ok for you though.
I didn't intentionally use their text on purpose, I actually found it on Google from a random proxy site, should have checked first whether it was "copyrighted or not" I suppose... But, I just wanted to point out the fact this guy is a freakin jerk and to put his links on the free templates that I distributed.. /sigh
And today, when i write this there are are only 75 Bold listings. (75x20=$1500) ... lol that guy was was earning 15k from bold listing and now its 1.5k more interestingly.. i remember i once had to wait 1 whole month to get 2nd class listing and now... there are only 24 2nd class listing out of total 35 available. sure enough... his decision of not supporting harmed him a LOT
I've heard this argument several times in this thread and other related threads. Everyone who thinks it's so easy to spoof the web connection doesn't understand how Google detects fraudulent clicks. The example posted earlier in this thread is simply hacking the HTTP REFERRER. No one doing any kind of invalid click detection or bot analysis looks at the HTTP REFERRER. It's easy to spoof. You instead look at the true source IP and click patterns surrounding the source IP. Not just on what ads were clicked, but what impressions were made and when and from what web pages. Using this it is easy to detect aberrant click activity, whether human or bot.
What is interested is regardless of what is the true # of legit clicks, as long as you are not at risk of losing your adsense account, you can still make money. The issue is that the buyer of ads on proxy.org doesn't get the real picture, but that's not to say that you still can't make money. Even when Tony Soprano gets squeezed he is still making a profit, just less profit. Of course, the problem with dealing an alleged corrupt or untrustworthy business is that if you can't trust them on the core aspect of the service, what else could you not trust them about in the future? I'm actually surprised we don't see more click fraud and related activities within the proxy competitigve landscape. It's very easy to do and competitors have been doing that for years long before the Proxy business even started. You don't even have to perform click attacks, you can perform bandwidth attacks, rat on competitors using intolerant host providers, etc.
