Is this against TOS? - I dont think so, but someone did

    Hey, I am usually really good at spoting if my ad placement is against google TOS, but this one I think is in compiance. Someone on the other hand, just told me its against TOS, but the helpful person he was, did not say what it was. Please take a look :)

    Your ads are fine, don't worry.

    Top ad have have an image beside but is clearly divided from it in a separate box.

    Fine and legal - my opinion.

    No problem that I can see.

    Pictures near ads bring a better click through but aren't against tos

    Actually, in a lot of cases they ARE against the TOS/Policies, or rather against the Google Blog Clarifying the Issue.

    JUST having pictures near the ads is not necessarily against tos - it all depends on how you do it - guess I should have been more clear.

    Right, a lot has to do with "intent" of the pictures...and the Google person reviewing! Just a clarification of my own post, I don't think the OP is running against TOS/Policy, either.
