Any luck on this dude? Contacted him on MSN quite a few times, sadly he is not responding (even though he is on online chat mode not away mode).

I must say I'm really surprised Ratman. He sells hosting and domain names so you'd think his reputation around here was important - obviously not. Good luck at getting your $15 back, but you might just have to accept it as a loss.

Well it's easy for you to say, but I get no allowance at all, so I have the sheer money I earn from my 2-3 websites. $15 is not too bad, but it is a lot.

Anyways I am not sure what to do, but it is weird. How could a guy with good rep, posts, and pos. itrader, and a hosting company go bad?

I don't want to putmyself on anybodies side here. I just want to say that on Mar 22 I've paid Jason for the same service (blog posts) and he did deliver.

Ok he has 3 days to respond, otherwise... I am giving him bad iTrader, alerting people he scammed me, and making a thread that he scammed me and adding it to my signature, as well as bombarding him with PM's and messages.

Sad story after all. Nice joke on $15 being "a lot" but anyway, that's your money and you should keep it if no service has been provided, that's a fact we can't ignore, even if the amount involved is insignificant. If you don't mention it, than it may eventually turn into $15 from you, $15 from me, $15 from others"...

Yes I am thank you. I just don't like giving people bad itrader (unless they scam big time and do something really bad) just for one incident. I think it leaves a huge mark and affects them deeply, and they may not feel good about that. I think reputation is almost as valuable as your life (in the real world, not necessarily on forums). I was left a bad iTrader for not such a good reason, and the person who left it was very rash and gave it immediately with out talking it over. And every time I look at my iTrader I feel low in "social class" :p :( .

Jasonb's already in that social class (3 negative iTraders) so I wouldn't worry!

About a month ago he was supposed to purchase my avatar+signature spot, that deal never went through.

I have him on MSN he ignores my IM's, but continues to post on DP at the same time? I'm not so much worried about that, just gets on my nerves when people say one thing - and do another.

Also concerning his affiliate program, I was told the pay-per-click would be considerably higher then what it is (from Jason himself on MSN) now he just ignores me. I would have never replaced my ads with his greenlush banners if I knew I wasn't going to get the payout rate I was told I would.

I agree totally. I signed up for his PPC Affiliate and realized the same thing.

BTW did you give him a bad iTrader for his negligence?

For the avatar+Signature ? No that was discussed over MSN - therefore cannot give an itrader.

Before that though, he purchased my avatar and signature, and was a week+ in paying...

Looks like that guy ignores everyone... :( He bought a link from me once and he paid, so I don't know what happened now.. By the way, you could try contacting Paypal for a refund. Good luck!

Unfortunately paypal does not get into disputes for "digital goods" which I believe this falls under.
