Cheap .com names sales?

Every once in a while a brave person posts when he jumps and finds a $1.99 .com registration sale or something.

I'm curious if anyone knows of any great sale a registrar is having. I know of the .info sale at godaddy and I know of directi resellers with .org, but any .net or .com deals?

This isn't asking which registrar is the cheapest, this is asking if anyone knows of a grand slam sale.

    Thanks in advanced!
    -Joseph

May be Yahoo domains sell for 1.99
BUT I heard it is not easy to transfer domain from Yahoo to other registrar.

Yes, Yahoo is basically useless; There's no "push" function.
I'm not sure if anyone reputable is offering .com for such a low price currently.

Watch out for cheap domains because there's always a catch.. the re-registration for the following years may be higher than normal! You can try using coupeons like go-daddy for the first year..

I was also wondering if there is anyone selling domains if not at $1.99 than at a lower cost than normal cost of $7.95 or about that. Maybe someone is offering something like wholesale price for bulk registration. I need to register about 30 domains and it is not easy to loose up to 250 bucks at once for domains only :)

Go for GoDaddy. They have 7,25$ per domain if you register between 21 and 50 names.

Welcome to DP! Search here on the forum for Godaddy coupons, you can find them between $5-$7 if you buy in bulk.

I don't know you like GoMammy so much (i don't)
The support is ignorant every support ticket i send them they forward it to advanced customer care (the extra difficult task i asked them lately is to change the email in a domain sale at tdnam)

Anyway DomainSite.com worked perfect for me the last 3 years
$6.99 without the crappy limited time coupons of GoMammy

This is a customized resellerclub.com reseller account
Apart that i don't know many professionals who work at the internet more than an hour that they put at the frontpage title just the word "welcome"

believe it or not, estdomains is icann certified, meaning they paid thousands of dollars to be a part of icann. I'd say they are more than a "reesellerclub" reseller account, although you are right, they are using resellerclub's account.

    I'd stick with either:

    GoDaddy
    Moniker
    etc.

Also known as: known domain registrars. Plus, search for Godaddy coupons...you can get domains for 6-7 bucks.

I agree - steer clear of some of the less well known ones, as they can be more hassle then they are worth

If you use coupons you can get .nets for around $6 and .coms for around $7 at godaddy.

I know about one domainsarefree.com (Sister company of Globat)
1st year $3.99 and $8 for renewals I transfer out after 11 months to Godaddy.
Transfers are easy and their service qite Ok. I presume they are stable and the cheapest registrar around (Not considering crappy yahoo where you cannot even transfer out) :D
