    I made this site some weeks back, with some plans in mind, but I got an idea of another project from DP, and hence wish to sell this site.
    The URL is Nail Care
    All the articles on the site are 100% unique, and you can verify it with copyscape also.
    Each and every page has been manually SE optimized, like adding unique metatags to each page, optimizing the images (alt tags, etc.)
    The articles are also targetted at specific long tail keywords, that get traffic from like "acrylic nail care information etc."
    And the keyword density has also been kept in mind, while framing the articles.
    Equal link weightage is given to all the links on the site.
    The template which the site uses, is HIGHLY adsense optimized, as you can see very well, and will absolutely have a VERY high CTR% for adsense.
    I have also done some SEO, and the site has some pr3+ backlinks.
    The domain is registered at Namecheap.
