Greetings! PayPal was recently contacted by one of your buyers/customers regarding the following transactions: Buyer's Email Address: Transaction Amount: $2.50 CAD To provide one of the safest online payment services, PayPal reviews every transaction before it is approved, and occasionally, we must decline a payment. Unfortunately, Mr. Fortin have attempted to send this amount and is unable to send this payment because of the security measure we have in place. These decisions consider every aspect of the transaction, including the merchant's settings and PayPal's statistical models. From time to time, these complex security measures may affect some accounts in good standing. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us again. Sincerely, Josephine PayPal Community Support PayPal, an eBay Company i have 2 people waiting for 2.50 and it wont let me my credit card an account is good they wont tell me nothing
Better if you verify it. Also, you need to add a real valid(plastic) credit card. Using VCC will lead no where but simply get your account limited with all money lost!
i am not commiting any fraud i own my credit card i verified my credit card i guess i just dont understand why they say security they can tell why and there is no way to fix it Weird
Unverified accounts are a security risks because there is no way to determine your identity. Accounts are not supposed to be left unverified and they only allow it because credit card statements may take up to a month to arrive if you do not have online credit card statement. Best to just get it verified once and for all so you do not need to get trapped with this limitations.
