Yeah, I think she should go to jail, but there are more important things in the world to worry about in my opinion.

 

Yes, don't do the crime if you can't accept the time

It was her decisions that put her in this position, no one else comes into consideration, get her locked up, and hopefully it will keep her quiet for maybe a day.
