    Hi all,

I am thinking of writing a ebook but having problems in thinking how can I send the ebook to the buyer after he / she pays me through PayPal automatically.. May I know what is the most common and safe approach for this?

I am thinking of putting the file in a directory that require authentication and upon payment, i will send an email stating the username and password to access that file. Has anyone got any experience in this?

Any comment will be appreciated. Thank you.

    payloadz.com
    ejunkie.com
    clickbank.com

Or any other processor that specializes in digital books.

No point reinventing the wheel to save a few bucks.

i know PAypal's IPN (Instant Payment Notification) works this way, but I'm afraid it's too technical for me to explain it well for you. :( worth to go have a look though.

You don't even have go with IPN (I've integrated many sites with PayPal IPN so if anybody needs that...:D ) you can login to your Paypal account and find a tool for "Buy Now" button creation. There you can specify the return address, the page with your download link where your clients will be redirected automaticaly after they buy through this button. Use the "encrypt" option so that you get a code for the button which doesn't have this url visible and voila - you only paste this button code to your webpage.

It's definetely not the most secure way but still has some insurance - probabyl just enough in your case. And it's so easy to do and you already have the tool with your Paypal.

i have an automated ebook selling script which does all the work for me, and provides dynamic URLs so when people buy your ebook, they cant give eevrybody else the URL to your ebook and get it free.

many people are selling this software in the BST section, if you drop me a PM ill email yo a copy of the script for free. just leave me some green reps or something.
