You may want to try out SEO for your site. Read up some related forums like SEO and link development in DP.

this is exactly the right place, because adsense traffic and general traffic is two different things, if you get traffic from search engines then adsense will work best for you else not! just optimize your keywords, do seo to rank high on the Serps, so that you get some google traffic, that will sure give you targeted traffic and you will earn more from adsense! don't try the link exchange etc, as adsense will ban you if they detect too much of un-origin traffic, traffic with out source!
good blog layout, nice blend adsense. just do some more marketing and promoting sure will get more traffic. how? links building and social bookmarking, also writing articles and submit it is a good choice.
Without Spending money Umm.. bit difficult but not Impossible Try submitting the site to Social Bookmarking sites and sure u'll see a boost in ur traffic and also get some quality backlinks
