My vote goest to google talk, regardless of the feature google is very resource savy, however YAHOO eats tons of your computers resource and huge amount of memory.I really don't like yahoo messenger.

As far as web messenger is concerned I think GTALK rules.
It loads instantly and is quite easy on the browser.

Yahoo webtalk is flexible and can be accessed by most of browser. its a new concept but require more bandwidth than Gtalk.

Gtalk is simple, light and fast.

choice priority is depend on degree of use and available bandwidth available.

I vote Gtalk just because I use Gmail and am on it 24/7... I'm not going to use yahoo mail just because their messenger might be a bit better. Gmail makes Gtalk better in my book

If you talk about the clients then I do go with YAHOO.
I never used MSN in my life.
Google talk lack in the features.
