homepage is pr3, but many internal pages is pr0. hompage already link to these internal pages. do no external links cause it?

 

This tends to be normal, when you have a PR3 homepage, this doesn't mean that the inner pages will be PR3 too. If you want it to be PR3.. you'll need to work on backlinks for those individual pages..

 

it should be pr1 or p2,but almost all internal pages is pr0.

 

One PR3 Page won't increase your rating of other pages by a whole pagerank.

it's normal for google. if you continue to build backlinks and adding content to your site, i think your inner pages will have page rank on next page rank update
