I'm sure Jenna and Barbara Bush are on the way to Iraq right along with Prince Harry--right

    What would Smedley say?

This is nothing new parents have never wanted their kids to go to war, just with earlier wars it was more clearly protecting the United States while with the Global War on terrorism, its just a meat grinder accomplishing nothing. Im really disappointed with how Bush has just ignored everything the soldiers have tried to say about the war, it looks like the new secretary gates is actually going to listen to more than just money unlike his predecessor.

Most liberals want others to serve their country for them. This is another example. Conservatives serve our country. Liberals bitch about our country. Case in point.

What? GW got himself enroled into the national guard which back then insured that he would not see any combat

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_W._Bush_military_service_controversy

yeah so essentially when the US had a war Bush, Cheney, and the rest of the architects of this current war hid out and avoided combat

they have not qualms with sending other to combat now, though

I am encouraged to hear that the next generation has more moral courage than the last. The country is growing in the right direction! :)
