Google custom search engine

    We could create google custom search engine and I am wondering whether I could display google custom search engine alone on my web page. I mean just search bar without any content.

    But my custom search engine is connected to my adsense account and therefore it will display adsense ads with search results and I am wondering whether it will comply with adsense TOS.
