Why No Links available for my website in google search engine

Hello
I am new to this forum and Beginner of SEO.
When i check with my website http://www.clickonlinejobs.com with
Link popularity checker i got the following results.....

Links Details with search engines

Google 0
Altavista 203
MSN 0
All the Web 195
Yahoo 286

why my website didt have links in MSN and Google ???
Anyone can help to get more link popularity in google and MSN???

Google just doesn't tell you all the links they do see to your site. To have a more accurate view of the links google does count, get an account at google webmaster tools.

You can view all your links at google from Google webmaster, you need to register, verify your site and if you want you can submit a XML sitemap (which is highly recommended).
