    I am back, As i said we were setting up our new rack and i have been on the phones to our techs over at Peer1 for more than 7 hours trying to sort a Switch out! Anyways i am checking PMs now and everyone expect a response in few minutes,

    you will see that they are planning on reinstalling their Operating System. Just like when you reinstall the operating system on your desktop or laptop, it wipes everything, so give them some time to get it setup. They back up nightly as he has stated on that link, so even if he sets up your accoutn, and on that day they start working on this, then your info will just get deleted. Just give him some time before starting up paypal stuff.

    I understand that but you also need to know I have not given a final go there is a oppurtunity for 60 days to resolve this!
    If he provides me an account and is satisfied with it I will for sure resolve the dispute say within a day.
    May if there is a major issue somebody on behalf of his organisation should respond here or atleast answer to the tickets which when not happening, would make anybody concerned.
    So its not a final go just for our safety.. So navid1 can always resolve this by doing the needful.
    Lets keep our fingers crossed!
