My Big Achievement

I'd share this with friends, but they haven't matured to the fact of appreciation for the weight room.

    Or maybe I'm obesessed.

    Either way:

Yesterday, I took all of my 1RMs for the first time in 6 weeks.

My big achievement. I put on 30 lbs on my weight squats in the past 6 weeks :D

    I now squat 200 lbs.

    That shouldn't stop you.

What kind of disability is it, if you don't mind my asking?

I've worked with quite a few disabled. They achieve greater gains, because they have something to work for.

Oh, I'm making a career out of it. I've already been doing personal training services for friends at cheap prices. With a couple years of university, I'll be getting $50/hour, mostly burning the largest abundance of North America, fat.

That, and I expect a very nice side-income from my online ventures.

Hey, don't diss the North American diet :p it isn't that bad (okay: maybe in the winter we may get lazy...)

Sounds like you're set :D Seen an improvement in business since you were a peon ?

    Congrats Vadym. :)
Being a personal trainer is a very simple and profitable business. Lots of fat people around here. :p

Which business? The internet, no :p

Thanks, Casey. It's a lot more studying than most people anticipate from the "bid dumb personal trainers". I'm reading up on Herbal Healing right now, and the book is around 1500 pages long. What a fun memorization time.

Haha. Well, at least it's somewhat interesting. I wouldn't mind learning to be a personal trainer.
