is it possible?

    Is it possible to access my "localhost" from internet using my computer ip? HELP

    Yes, you just need to setup your Apache to listen on your public IP.

    With "localhost" you mean your PC? In that case yes you can. Configure apache to listen to your public IP or if you have dynamic IP just tell apache to listen in all IPs.
    If you have a router on your house, you'll have to setup a forwarding of port 80 from the router to your PC.
