Its up four times for promotion and fix ads placement ,make me ,newbie nervous ,but distribution from analytics still OK
anything I have to worry? are there any case of big rising in CTR without banishment?

Not at all. 1 - 4 is not a huge jump. If it was 1 - 40 then.. you can check your logs and see if there have been multiple clicks..

    No need to worry

I don't remember hearing about anyone being banned for high CTR, unless it's due to invalid clicks. If your clicks are fine, and you followed the rules (not tricking or misleading people into clicking), there's no problem.

yeah if you do everything follow the rule , you dont need to be worried about increasing. It is possible that some site or blog suddenly become famous and get high click. I think google will understand that.

if your jump reason is legal (like increasing your hits or making a better placement) , there is nothink to worry

I agree on that. It has to be legal. Better track your traffic with help of 103bees or analytics. Find if you are getting hits from oragic searches i.e naurla searches or not. If its too low and your ctr is high chances are that You have false cliks
