    I just ran into an intresting study i thought of sharing with the rest of the industry.

    1.Offshore,BPO,call centre ,IT biz is increasing at a growth rate of 50 % in South Asia

    2The upcoming trends are

    a.ITeS(IT enabled services)
    b.BPO
    c.Ofshore software development

    What strategies should medium sized BPOs adopt to increase sales through the internet keeping in view the above study and make returning customers.

    IMO, all small and medium size BPO's should seriously consider using search marketing to get more business through the internet.

    In India, many small call centers are developing a web presence for them in order to get business from abroad and fight domestic competition.
