I am not saying American in general are bad people, I am sure they are not. But these soldiers are doing what they want to. Sure, one or two of them may be court marshalled to show there is some accounatbilty for this illegal war, but, in essence, these are show trials.
Quite the opposite. We punish the criminal and even those who make bad choices. Executing the prisoners is criminal, urinating on one is wrong, but not criminal. The U.S. (at least the conservative side) wants justice brought to those who do wrong and that they face the consequences of their actions (last sentence will read like gibberish to a true liberal.)
Try reading the OPs post properly debunked, it was an Innocent Iraqi civillian that was being pissed on, not a prisoner.
These, so called, Iraqi civilians, some of which were surrendering - why surrender unless you had something to surrender about??
