That is a very smart moved - I'm trying to get all my sites on dedicated Ip. Its been a pain in the tail for weeks getting the hosting site to do what i want.
You get the dedicate IP from your hosting service and they range around 1$ to 2$ dollars - its depends on your hosting what price they charge.
