No, sorry I would not become an editor... your monetary benefit will not last long when Google spot your logo. Just my opinion though.
First of the name sounds like google's bisexual cousin, secondly the logo looks identical.... Sorry you should change it man.
Huge difference? If you say so mate, but I disagree. A logo may be easy to change, but it is also your brand, your image it says a lot about your venture from the off.
