alexa is not a ONLY indicator for a high traffic sites and do you think webmasters will check baby sites day in and day out It must be a premium publisher. The ads so nicely blended. i guess their CTR would be in 50% +
The best damn blending I've seen. Now, surely, no one will know whether they ads or content. It also says 'Baby ads by Google' at the bottom. I also don't think they are premium publishers. Do you have to have a isnge site getting 20 milklion page views a month or is it acroos your adsense account. If latter, then they could well be premium publishers. If its former, then they are no way premium publisghers.
holy crap ! I think this is BS that some publishers get ads that look like content while google tells the rest of us that our ads CANT look like content.
Why ? This is not money from your pocket, and not to your pocket. What kind of mean person would report someone just in case they might get banned ?! Wtf is wrong with people these days.
Alexa is useless for such sites. Just look at directories and Webmaster blogs, you have sites with barely 50,000 unique a month in the top 50,000. It's all about the demographics.
I *believe* you need ONE site reaching the 20Mill mark, then you can apply it to your smaller sites as well. Else we would all be premium publishers
Page views, or ad views? There's a big difference. Some of us have the full 3 ads on lots and lots of pages.
I concur! Alexa's traffic reporting is fairly accurate for a few of my sites, but it is way out in left field for many others.
I didn't look to hard for the official adsense site containing this information (maybe someone else will post it) But here's the information about premium publishers if anyone is interested. http://www.jensense.com/archives/2005/07/premium_publish_1.html
That's correct. As long as you have one website that has over 20m page views per month, you can use your premium publisher ads on any of your other sites as well.
Google will now know about it big time.. no need to report.. I blogged it here http://www.seohome.co.uk/2007/05/11/a-amazing-little-script-for-adsense-but/ Barry at search round table saw my post and put it on the front page http://www.seroundtable.com/archives/013454.html Why not give it a digg http://digg.com/mods/Colourful_Adsense_hack_How_cool Well spotted guys
