Hello Friends, I just logged into my paypal account to my surprise my paypal account page had a new better look? It had mouse hover effects for menu's on the page which popped up the menu's descriptions! Here's the screenshot:
Looks cool enough....Nice little effects But it's for only those guys whose account will be BANNED soon...It's the last minute fun they let you have He he he...Just kidding
I know that...This is my account! I'm alreay banned....am using moneybookers, 2checkout, stormpay and finding other also...no paypal forme anymore Thus warning you! Any more jokes!
It seems that your account has open issues. Any chargebacks against you Anyway, I saw the new page and I did not like it. It's too dull.
I noticed this too, plus they have added some new countries to send only list, but Estonia has still not been enabled to receive payments If they continue like that for a very long time then I will probably get banned before they enable Estonians to receive payments because currently I am sending them an email or two every week with the same question - why cannot Estonians receive payments via PayPal. And I am not going to stop this before I get a proper response (something like because Estonian market is too small, or because they don't like our flag or what ever) or they enable Estonians to receive payments.

Looks is pretty good. But it will be better if paypal will concentrate on its service first. Lots of people are complaining about them now.
