Problem understanding php installation instructions

Hi, I'm trying to create an articles directory using evoart.213. I've created a folder called articles on my server, changed config.php and uploaded it, with the other files I have to upload, as per the installation instructions.
According to the instructions my next step is as follows:
`4. Run setup.php to the directory you uploaded. For example if you uploaded to http://www.example.com/articles/, run http://www.example.com/articles/setup.php'
The problem is, I don't know what I have to do to `run setup.php'.
Can someone please explain this in any other way, in a way that I can understand?

the steup.php will probably display some sort of configuration form, allowing you to proceed with the installation, simply type the path to it in your browser, as you have done in the above post.

Yeah, just replace "www.example.com" with localhost, or whatever your PHP server's name is.

it seems like you are very confused, all you have to do is point your browser to the URL of setup.php after you have uploaded into a directory.
