I cannot speak for the other directories on the list, but there is no agreement in place with www.alivedirectory.com, which is listed there.

All of those directories are paid. He cannot submit to but maybe one of them for $30. So, I don't see it being possible. If he submits without payment, it's not going to be approved. So, that does not do anyone good.

He is not being truthful. It is impossible to get a sponsored listing in Alive Directory for $30, much less the others.

Man! some crazy stuff... You can submit to any directory you want... but if you don't pay to get in when payment is required... consider the submissions useless... in fact consider them a mark against you or your site because dir owners HATE when you try to sneak a site past them.
