Any type of site can make high revenue. All you need is a good source of traffic and well blended ads.

well we all have different visions and i dont agree with people saying build a good website that people want to visit and the money will come to you.. to succeed on the internet you need only one thing: CREATIVITY CREATIVITY in the concept and idea of your website or CREATIVITY in the content of your website or CREATIVITY in Everything about your website Creativity will bring you the traffic and then you have to think of the best way to convert your traffic to money If you have a Marketing or business Background or Education u will know that it take more than a good website and good content to make money, You need to study the market, and to make a strong penetration Plan, a thread is not enough to explain everything but to keep it short: You need to threat your website like a real Business.
I think there are certain niches that allow people to make money with less work because of the high cpc.

I think that you need TWO things and the other one is to be CONSISTANT. Find out what works (like building links) and then keep doing it over and over and over and over..... Do it UNTIL !!
