What was your first website?

My first website was a stupid little personal site about 10 years ago. It was made for fun on geocities and it received a crap load of traffic. It was all about WWF wrestling and I could not believe the traffic hits, I got warned by geocities for bandwidth overload about ten times a month. I guess it was a long time ago, prior to Yahoo take over of geocities, and things have changed so much.

    What was your first website?

i used to make a lot of free sites previously, but then my social networking website was the first decent site from me! it is not that old, just one year, but then it is still uncomplete. lots of work has to be put in.

the free geocities and blogger blogs are just the begining stuff, i don't think we should call those as sites! they are just crap web page:)

I started on Geocities too, and then stayed when they became yahoo, but finally moved off to ReadyHosting when I couldn't keep hosting all my pics due to space limitations. So far my first and only site is www.fairedog.com which is just a showcase for Renaissance Faire pictures. =)

LMAO I still have my old geocities account but changed a bit over the years now it is a MFA site.

Damn I remember those too on my old Vic20 LOL I thought they were the coolest thing talking to other people far away. It was like $1.25 an hour to use compuserve just to get to some of the BBS. My mom almost killed me when we got a $150 phone bill LMAO

To make it work you need 100 sites. You won't be able to get much traffic to just one site with duplicate content.
