Well I set up an account for my friend and started sending traffic to help him out a bit. He got 6 clicks and no earnings. I didn't have this problem when starting my own adsense account. All of my clicks counted for something. No he doesn't have PSA's on his site. I checked from US ip. Has anyone else has this dilimma? ( No those clicks aren't self clicks or invalid ones)
If its 6 clicks and no money that means that Google think that the clicks are invalid. Its hard to say more than that. Only thing I can think of is that it can be some hours from the clicks happen to the money are accounted for in the account.
If it starts today, just give it time. If it just started today, it could really be showing PSA until it has been indexed. Don't worry too much about making money from Adsense, if they come, they will come.
Exactly what Eddy said. Additionally I recommend that you only incorporate AdSense as soon as you have reached a sufficient "monetizable" user base. Advertising is build around traffic, not the other way around.
When I was using Adwords, I tried very much to priced my adverts at the minimum of 5cents and it seems the minimum that an Adsense publisher get is 1cent so it would appear that 4cents goes into Google's multiple pockets. Whatever it is, since as Adsense Publishers, we do not need to pay anything to participate, I just treat Adsense as free exit payout. Typically, the ads shown must be more attractive than my site to entice someone to click on them and leave my site for good.
it's possible that your users has clicked on the public ads. the another option is the invalid clicks
