I buy established sites $xx.xxx.xx budget

I want to add a few sites to my portfolio.

I pay between 6 months to 1 year revenue, 6 months minimum revenue proofs required.

***** I am only interested is those sites that fit the following criterias ********

- Must be in English or French Language
- Must be at minimum 2 years old
- Traffic must be 80% + organic (stats / referrals required)
- Must be already indexed in Google, Yahoo & MSN and show some ranking for interesting keyphrases
- Must be original content
- Pagerank 4+

My preference go to Health, Gambling, Financing, Corporations but many subjects can interest me.

I am *not* interested in:

- MySpace related sites / proxies
- domains only
- webmaster subjects and forums
- programming / hosting / seo sites.
- Mp3, warez, or anything that may bring copyright issues

I have no site for $10 , I have one site which iam selling for $8000

 

Only French and English even if there is no need of maintenance and the updates are automated?
