PR5 Myspace Site Earning $320+ Per Month W/ Free VPS Hosting Till Feburary 2008!

I am going to be undertaking some new projects in the next two weeks and am looking to sell my PR5 site www.layoutscube.com This site comes with 278 high quality myspace layouts (not that turnkey junk) and also a profile editor with live preview and an auto install layout feature (this can easily be removed).

The site recieved around 74,000 unique visitors for April and over 220,000 page views which is great for both CPC ads like adsense and CPM ads like Valueclick Media. The site currently recieves its traffic from rankings in search engines, link exchanges, and user profiles no paid advertising has been used on this site.

I am including the VPS hosting for this site as well which is paid until Feburary 2008 so there will be no need to transfer anything if you don't wish to. After the sale I will hand the hosting over to you after payment has been recieved so other than swapping my ads for yours there will be no downtime or hassles installing anything on your part!

Where do you get these templates? If they are custom made how much does it cost per template?

I might be interested if you can provide stats for previous months. Looking at Alexa.com there was not much traffic before February. Is that when the site was created?

 

No that ended the end of march, traffic for April and May are with no paid links/advertising at all

 

The domain was registered in Feburary

 

The referal date rage is just for the first week of may I will post updated referal stats that cover all of May to date
