Took me 7 days to see me first earnings.. I posted about it in my blog just a while ago - $6.45.. then an hour later it's up to $6.57. This was for over 50,000 impressions and 800 or 1,000 clicks, but $6.57 in a week is way more than Adsense or YPn ever did in that exact spot of my forums. Now i'm waiting for that "snowball" effect..
woo hoo Im up to $35.17 guess what im doing is working and it only took me 1 or 2 hrs a week so far, now im going to try and work an idea that is running in my head on ebay. My idea is to give away cheap items that I have bought on ebay like free templates, scripts, websites etc etc and put my link in them for affiliate and watch my add all linking through my auctionads url and see if i can gain about 300 affiliates in the next two months.
Welp; AuctionAds just went down.. I was testing different ad-formats and noticed that they stopped displaying. I tried to log-in to the main page and I get a "Problem Loading Page" error.. Hopefully just a temporary glitch... *Edit: That was fast.. Was only down a few minutes.. All is back to normal
I think the snowball effect is starting to take place for me and all this without a real working website , here are my stats just for posting on CL and I also started to post ads on ebay as well. I signed up on 4/18/07 and im going to work my butt off to earn $2000 this month atleast that is my goal. Total 1097 4873 444.21 $61.75
I create redirect script for each post that is made, infact it takes me too long to create all the ads etc so I`m looking for ideas on how to use my time to be more effective. I thought about recreating auctions that are selling within 5 days that have alot of bids on them and posting them up on ebay and then pulling the ad the day the auction is to be won but thought ebay would catch on but each ad would generate 300-1000 extra clicks lol. But dont want to lose my ebay account for pulling to many ads. Im experminting with some posts now to see how it works out.
$.13 today! in a million clicks today $2.00 in a million + 1 clicks! (not really) I'm just happy that the people on my site are willing to spend money, I thought they were all broke kids The products look very good on my site, it adds a cool effect to the pages
Well you're doing better than me so far! Mind you, in fairness, I've not really done anything with it yet apart from slap the code onto one of my sites. I'll be having a proper look at it over the next few days. Has anyone got any advice on how to be laser focused with the keywords? I've found that part of the program a little frustrating so far...
I do things like "playstation 2 -cable -adaptor -cord -other bs; wii -cable -adaptor -cord -stupidStuff; ipod -battery -wire -stuffnobodycares about"
Those are good keywords. Try adding expensivestuffthateverybodywillbuy to really boost your earnings.
Can i link directly to an ebay auction using a auctionads link or something like that? Or is this only for content sites, kinda like adsense?
Some good advice there. Thanks for that. I shall give a go - especially the stuff that nobody cares about...there must be a market for that out there...
Yeah there is a URL converter that will convert a link to ebay (or a link to a direct auction) into a link with your ID in it.
lol it's all $0.XX i'm seeing. Did anyone make more than $25 in the past day/week/month except Gloria?
How about with the use of the URL converter make up a "Link Unit" type box so users can be specific in ad text for links that are converted?
