how to implement image ads in adsense

can we place image ads as banner ads such that we get paid for per thousand impressions and no one clicks on them

i am getting very low cpc and ctr

 

we cannot control CPM ads..

 

means what
how cant we control cpm ads

 

it means you don't have the option to choose, only the advertiser can target your site.

 

but there is a option to choose image and text ads
what will happen if i select i

Image ads doesn't mean CPM ads. You get image ads, and get paid based on clicks.

you have to consider which ads type is better. some site that got lots of images need textads. and some site that got lots of text content might need image ads to catch attention. use the one that your visitor might interest to click into.

 

on sites or ad spots that have a very low ctr,try text_image.
it will open it to more to the big advertisers that target any site.some use banners and some use just text.
for advertisers,they have to out bid your ecpm,so if you have a site that doesn't get any clicks cpm ads will show more often since they don't have to have a high cpm bid to be on your site.
over all you wont get a whole lot out of the cpm ads.
