American In China

    Hi From The Peoples Republic of China. I'm an American Expat here, been here for about 6 years, read, write and communicate in Chinese. Any visitors coming to Guangzhou on business that need assistance in the markets or anything let me know, I'd be happy to help out.

    hey , I just spent 3 months in shanghai, unbelievable experience. There is no place like china, well shanghai at least. If you want true freedom, i suggest getting there.

    I teach at a University in Guangzhou, Sun Yat Sen..

    I don't do a whole lot of marketing on the search engines here because most of our sites are in English. I do some network marketing inside the University with a reach of about 4500 people and it proves to be pretty effective. If you were interested in some Chinese search engines probably Baidu.com, Tom.com and Sohu.com would be the best ones to look into with an emphasis on Baidu.com.

    Haha.. I've been there though, both Tianjin and NOT BEING ABLE to function properly in a place I didn't understand.. the more time that you can be accepting, understanding, and completely open minded to new ideas, the easier it gets. I've been here 6 years in all Beijing, and Guangzhou and it certainly does take some getting used to.

    Very cool, I don't think all that many Chinese users visit DP.

    It seems we switched positions. Hope you are as happy as I am.
