Hey folks, I just purchased a domain that has no PR yet. But it has the following (taken from smartpagerank.com) The total number of pages that contain links to x.com Google: 0 Yahoo: 1,738 AltaVista: 718 AllTheWeb: 572 Number of x.com pages that are indexed: Google: 1 Yahoo: 6 MSN: 26 AltaVista: 6 AllTheWeb: 6 The estimated value of x.com is: $1,217 Is the above stats impressive? Is the valuation accurate? Should I sell it and if so do you think anyone here would be interested to bid? Thanks folks!
Well if the domain name is for appraisal then the price will surely depend on the domain name itself. If you are asking for a pageranked domain or a website then this might still depend on the theme of the domain name.
Ok Nick, I get your drift. The domain name is ohioscapers.com How much do you think I can sell it for based on the above stats?
$xx for it. I think you can make a website on it and then make it into a revenue generating site. For some ideas you can look into its history. http://s127821996.onlinehome.us/forums/showthread.php?t=5972&page=2 http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.ohioscapers.com
Sorry for that friend. I had no intent to hurt your feelings. But that is what came to my mind when I imagines myself in buyers boots.
Hmmmmm, it seems that all these SmartPageRank avatars that have been sold on DP is having an effect on people coming to that site As to the valuation, no, it's not accurate. I would value the name as Low $xx
