A game betting site: Gamers from consoles or PC make wagers real money Minimum Bet of $15 from each team so that would be $30 from both teams I take a set ammount $5 from the pool. The team plays with an admin present demos recorded ect... Or just screenshots. Winning team gets the $25 prize pool.

And 1 gamer point every memeber on the team gets the gamer point and the plater with the highest ammount of points at the end of the week or month gets a digi cam or something like that. There will be a premium section which cost $10 per member. It is exclusive for members who make $50 or more bets. and winning team gets 2 gamer points per player something like that.

I want it to auto send the paypal money to my account, and have a "paypal" Bank sort of for the site to hold all bets, and auto send the prize money to the winner

    Sound fun?

    Then an admin backend to

    Ban players
    Register players
    Make new games
    Make news posts
    Change add banners
Edit every individual section on the template such as polls
Have a "Top player" Part which auto updates
Show the prize of the week
    Recent games and out come
    Auto update gamer points
    ect..

I need some help with this as to coding and to make the idea better and more user friendly

Sounds like a good idea. No idea on the coding, but you will really need to get good games and advertise to get a good community. Prizefight.co.uk tried to do something like this and they couldn't get enough people to actually make it worthwhile. If you can get a couple clans fight though,.... you might have something.

    Well I was thinking of

$200 set aside and give $20 for each full team signup so thats 10 teams and I would start with 1-2 games so maybe 4-5 teams in each game then thye can play around with it and if they lose it bet more

Or I was thinking on a coin system

100 betting credits = $20 and a 75% sell back rate so if you win 100 and want to cash out you get $75 I get $25

    Catch my drift =)

Nice idea however the coin ideas sounds bad as it gives them less incentive to join and play if they know they can only get 75% of their winnings.

Nice enough idea. Getting this up and running smoothly, and making money would be a complete nightmare in my opinion.

I've seen this before. When doing your market research, who came up as your competitors? For a coding estimate, Id say $10,000 - $20,000 to do it right. $2,000-$5,000 from a cheap programmer, but you'll probably have to hire someone to go back over the code.

How about a more simple system where by cash competitions are held rather than staking and odds?

Yeap, I've seen more then a few of these... not an original idea. I'd agree on the 2k-5k price. 20k is over kill.
