RevenueUniverse.com We provide only incentive offers. We also use Mass Pay so there is no PayPal fees. We also pay by check as well and are on a Net 15 payout (meaning we pay out the 15th of every month for the previous months earnings)

elleve I responded to your PM why you were denied. icelts if you submitted a previous application to RevU and were denied or terminated your IP address will become blocked.

Here are possible reasons your application will be denied:

WhoIs Information is bogus or incorrect.
IP Address does not match your residence in your application. (Meaning you are from China and claim to be from Illinois)
Failure to supply an accurate Tax ID (United States Only)
Many times I contact a site after applying to verify their application, if they do not respond I deny them after a week.

If someone was blocked from the IP you are using then you will not be able to reapply. We have no problem accepting international users.
