The email coming from a free Gmail account does not quite give me the confidence to use them. For interest sake, if you visit their website, go view their HTML Source and check out the keywords, there are tons of keywords which I doubt I can post here, they are pretty adult in nature.
yeh right i am also not sure if it real or fraud, i just checked the keywords and sure this maybe a fraud site.

See by your own admission, you know what spamming is and know that it is wrong to do so and yet you are doing it by using the free emails. Spamming or the proper term is Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE). Unsolicited being that if someone did you ask for you to email them and you do so, it will be deemed as violation of that person's privacy. Commercial in this case is relevant because you are promoting your product. Emails, we all know that. So no matter how to twist and turn, you are still spamming and doing the wrong thing. You can only email someone if they explicitly tell you to do so such as the subscription to a double opt-in mailing list or is already your existing customers and you need to mail them something very urgent.
As a general guideline you should always do the backround check which are done here by several people as a minimum level. If the result is like it is here then I would suggest you ro run.
