I really like the gradient background you have there! It matches well with the header graphic. For the lower part of the site, I would follow the gradient and make everything more purple-ish.
I was thinking the same thing... but people liked the two toned gradient better, so I just went with that. Thank's for responding so quickly.
Amazing skin, and I like the fact that when you click on the team it takes you to that team's section of the forum. The only downside is that there seems to be no new post icons. So you can't easily distinguish if there's a new post or not. Or perhaps I didn't look close enough..

More professional/business color should improve your forum professionalism. Also, the top header is some wider.
