Adsense can go to hell!

I'm not kidding about this. I was using adsense for one of my news/medicine which averages $.50-$1 per click. Recently it hasn't been getting any clicks at all.

So I wrote a 1000 word article on how you can lose weight, and simply used products from clickbank which I mentioned casually.

And you know what?

I made a sale for $38.70 overnight!

Now I recommend everyone to try using affiliates program. And also the number of visitors didn't change that much which really surprised me.

Adsense can go to hell!

With CJ.com also ClickBank is another GREAT place to find affiliates.

 

what directory did you submit the article to?
Did you use an affiliate site or your own?

I use Adsense, CJ, ClickBank, Yahoo, and Kontera!

yah, you'll get less conversions with CJ and CB, but when you do get them, they are great!

 

I earn plenty more than that per day with AdSense, that's no reason to not use AdSense. Use both, earn twice as much

Congrats...yes, you can make more money off affiliate programs than PPC programs. Or you could always use a combo if you want

 

Looks like this is a take on Joe's (SundayBrew)thread. Well done! By theway, just because adsense hasn't woked for you, it does not mean it doesn't work for others though.

 

This is not only to you but everyone who thinks what you do.


Advertisers on CJ and Clickbank don't allow you to have fancy titles and such to sell their products, you cannot lie and you MUST stick to their individual publishers TOS.

When you have adsense+CJ affiliates on your website almost ALWAYS adsense will win for one reason: CATCHY TITLES.

To some of us, of course one looks more honest, but to the average user.... adsense is more appealing.

Is that 0.50 click worth more then (maybe) $100+ in commisions?


They may be far and in between, but what do you want your USERS looking at everyday.

 

Time ago i heard something about penalization for sites containing affiliate program such as CJ. Any update about this?

 

That submitting article it help with traffic and PR rank also.

In sig line all websites are less then 2 months old. If you go and check sites, you're able to tell which one had an article submitted.
Also 1 site is an CB affiliate and made 2 sales also.

How many visitors and clicks you need to make $$49.95??

Both are very good
