My little story about infractions

Dear DP moderators

I recently heard about infraction system and totally agree with it.(when I started a thread in wrong category) but now I've got 4 points in 2 min for 1 thread.

The reason was "Bumping Thread". The thread is 1 day old in freebies forum where i gave away a script with resale rights for free. I didn't posted the link because I've blacklisted some members. I made some post like "link sent etc etc" to know which members got the script.

I only want to know who added that infractions and why? (4pt in 2 min)

You've just admitted you made a load of posts saying 'link sent' which is considered bumping because it's an unnecessary statement of the obvious - the person you've sent the link to knows you've sent it when it lands in their inbox.

Chalk this down to experience.

 

Yes I made that posts to know where I ended link sending.

 

I recommend a notebook and pen in future - it might be a safer option.

 

Sorry but bumping is not allow-the infraction will expired and then you can do more bumping.

 

Okay thanks I was busy and I didn't thought that the thread become so popular
anyway I made something for free and in the end I collect 4 infraction point.
